Sloth Comics began in 2003 when Chelsea decided that the doodles in her high school notebooks needed to be shared with others. Although the original comic did not last (turns out there are only so many pirate jokes to be made), Chelsea restarted Sloth in 2007 during college with a new website built by her gracious older brother Steve Rohl and a slightly more developed sense of humor. At the beginning of 2009 Chelsea enlisted friend Jon Moormann to co-write the comic, as his love of wordplay, dark humor, and ridiculous puns meshed perfectly with the site's off-kilter vibe. Now, Sloth is a force to be reckoned with... at least when it's updated.
